Benjamin was an Entrepreneur in Residence at a continuing care retirement community, where he saw the gap between what seniors needed and what actually existed. Now he volunteers at his local senior center every week teaching older adults how to use their phones and computers - and how to avoid digital scams. He's seen firsthand that people don't just need help with one device - they need someone thinking about the whole picture of aging at home. Watching his own family navigate caregiving showed him the invisible burden families carry. He wants to relieve it.
